Car Dealer Disputes

Car dealers in Ontario break the rules more often than you’d think—and most buyers don’t know their rights.

Ontario dealerships must follow strict rules under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act and Consumer Protection Act. When they don’t, you have legal options.

With 20+ years of automotive industry experience, including work with OMVIC and major dealerships, we know how dealers operate—and how to hold them accountable.

Why fight? A $300 ticket can cost $3,000+ in insurance increases over three years.
